Core Fund Strategic Goals

  • Measure outcomes of efficiency retrofits and publish economic case studies for our stakeholders
  • Engage our supply chain, including developers, third-party operators, and joint venture partners, in order to advance sustainability practices at our assets
  • Continue to train staff on efficiency retrofits and monitoring in order to identify opportunities, track performance, and prove returns 
  • Expand number of ENERGY STAR awards and LEED EB:O&M certifications
  • Enhance coverage of tenant satisfaction surveys to all sectors

Firm-Wide Strategic Goals

  • Provide a custom-designed, intensive leadership training program for the Firm's managers
  • Implement an internal employee development platform offering a broad array of personal and professional development opportunities for HSRE employees
  • Implement enhanced Security & Fire/Life Safety programs and applications at our urban mid-rise and high-rise assets 
  • Apply continuous focus to process rigor throughout the entire organization
