The Harrison Street Real Estate Services team's unique mission is to work directly with Harrison Street's partners and investors to elevate their operations to a new level of process rigor, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction. The organization is led by Jill Brosig, a 15 year Motorola veteran and certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, who executed a variety of corporate initiatives, including the global roll-out of Digital Six Sigma, e-learning, and marketing to women, as well as the establishment of the Motorola Consulting organization, which enhanced and strengthened both partner’s and client’s performance.
In her role as Vice President and Director of Business Operations Enhancement, Ms. Brosig works directly with clients in the following areas:

Client Performance
- Conduct research and special
projects and assure implementation of programs developed and/or initiated by
Senior Leadership
- Work directly with the client and
their respective clients to address business improvement opportunities
- Provide facilitation and guidance
during strategy sessions
- Where needed establish governance
processes
- Establish and maintain customer
satisfaction programs
- Create and execute marketing communications/branding
plan
- Educate on how to market to key
segments, e.g. women
- Serve as guest speaker on key
topics, e.g. Change Management, Portfolio Management, Six Sigma, etc.
Solidify
Process Rigor
- Ensure adoption and adeptness in
process rigor via a Lean Six Sigma campaign
- Establish mentoring/talent
management programs
- Assist key areas in effective
presentation skills
- Establish employee satisfaction
survey process
- Create governance system around
regular portfolio/customer reviews
