Company was founded by a number of real estate executives including Christopher
and Michael Galvin both members of the founding family of Motorola. As such the
firm takes its name from the place in which Motorola began life. Motorola began
as the Galvin Manufacturing Company located on HARRISON STREET in Chicago. It
