Ms. Binder is a Senior Portfolio Accountant in the accounting group for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC.  She is responsible for coordinating with joint venture operating partners to obtain and monitor property-level reporting.  Ms. Binder also assists with the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated fund reporting to investors, and helps coordinate the annual audit and tax process between the operating partners and fund auditors.

Prior to joining Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Ms. Binder worked in public accounting as an auditor for KPMG, LLP.  In that role, she was responsible for planning and executing audits over the Annual Reports, SEC filings and Retirement Plans of Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Binder received a Masters of Accountancy and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society.
