Mr. Harper is an Assistant Vice President in the transactions group for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC.  Mr. Harper assists in the sourcing, analyzing, and closing of transactions and venture relationships within the firm's areas of specialty real estate.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Harper was an Associate with Inland Institutional Capital Partners, a group that specializes in raising private equity and identifying large scale investment opportunities for the real estate companies and REITs that are part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc.  In that role, he focused on sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate related investment opportunities, including direct property acquisitions, structured investments, platform investments, and debt securities.  Mr. Harper began his career as an analyst with Wells Fargo Bank in their commercial real estate lending group, and later joined Rockwood Capital, where he focused on asset management and acquisition underwriting on behalf of the firm’s value-add real estate funds.

Mr. Harper received a B.S. in History from Amherst College, and is currently earning his MBA at the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.
