Ms. Nyenbrink is the Human Resources/Compliance Manager for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC. Ms. Nyenbrink is responsible for many Human Resource Functions throughout the organization which include; Benefits Administration, Employee Orientation and On-Boarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Policies and Procedures, Legal Issues and Compliance, Organizational Development, Employee Development and Training.
In addition to Ms. Nyenbrink's role as Human Resources/Compliance Manager, she is a Talent Management Specialist within Harrison Street University, an entity focused on optimizing operations and performance of Harrison Street's partners and external clients. Within this role, Ms. Nyenbrink assesses and implements talent management initiatives that effectively integrate talent development and talent management strategies to develop long-term business success.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Ms. Nyenbrink was a Human Resource Generalist at BP Capital Management, a venture capital investment firm.
Ms. Nyenbrink has a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from DePaul University and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.
