Mr. Taggart is an Associate in the acquisitions group for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC. Mr. Taggart assists in the sourcing, analyzing, and closing of transactions and venture relationships within the firm's areas of specialty real estate.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Taggart was an Analyst in the US Fund Investment Management Group at JER Partners responsible for the acquisition and asset management of approximately $7 billion in real estate assets. In that role, he focused on comprehensive financial analysis, market research and valuation of investments across the capital structure for various property types including skilled nursing, senior housing, hospitality and office. Mr. Taggart began his career as a consultant at Deloitte working with clients in the financial services industry.

Mr. Taggart received a B.S. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
