Assistant Vice PresidentJames Driscoll
Mr. Driscoll joined the firm in 2022. As an Assistant Vice President in the Transactions group, he is responsible for originating, executing, and managing principal investments in the social infrastructure sector, primarily consisting of public-private partnership transactions with university and hospital systems in North America.
Prior to Harrison Street, Mr. Driscoll was on the Acquisitions, Investments, and Financial Advisory team at ENGIE North America, focused on valuation, structuring, and financing of P3, district energy, and renewable energy projects in the U.S. He also worked in the Infrastructure Advisory practice at KPMG, focusing on P3 transactions in the social infrastructure and transportation sectors. Mr. Driscoll’s experience prior to KPMG includes various municipal finance and corporate banking roles.
Mr. Driscoll holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
