Office Manager; Employee Experience SpecialistMickie Miszewski
Ms. Miszewski joined the firm in 2022. As Office Manager and Employee Experience Specialist in the People Operations group, she is responsible for overseeing the daily management of the Chicago office and ensuring that office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities. She will also be responsible for several Employee Experience initiatives. She will serve as a champion to the culture, company mission, and values by building experiences that enhance Harrison Street Culture, build empathy and strengthen the connection between employees.
Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Miszewski worked in Employee Engagement/Office Services at GCM Grosvenor where she was responsible for employee engagement and overall daily office operations.
Ms. Miszewski holds a MBA from University of Phoenix Online.
