Mr. Regnery is a Senior Vice President for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC, focused on investor relations including current investors as well as expanding the company's institutional capital and consultant relationships. Mr. Regnery has been with the company since its inception in September 2005 and was previously a Senior Vice President in the acquisitions group where he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and closing transactions and venture relationships within the firm's areas of specialty real estate. Mr. Regnery has sourced and closed transactions valued at more than $850 million including: 62,000 self storage units, 2,850 marina berths, 300,000 square feet of medical office space and 600 student housing beds during his tenure at Harrison Street.

Prior to joining Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Mr. Regnery was an associate at Golub & Company, a Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm. In that role, he focused on Strategic Advisory Services with an emphasis on consulting for corporate clients. Mr. Regnery has completed corporate advisory transactions spanning every major market in the United States.

Mr. Regnery is a native of Chicago, born in Hinsdale, IL. He received his B.A. from Denison University and was one of the youngest professionals to receive the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mr. Regnery is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is also an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Urban Land Institute and Denison University Alumni Association.
